Armand Turcotte

Armand Turcotte started work in the brickyards at the age of 22 following a few entries into the shoe industry. He went into the Morin Bricks and stayed there for the rest of his career, where he explains a lot of the process throughout the interview. He also shares some details about the different machines they used throughout his time at the brickyard, talking about the renovations made to the plant in 1979 moving into an indoor location as well as some of the different changes to the process they had made.
